LEARN HOW TO PLAY GUITAR
How often I will have lessons?
My students get 30, 45 or 60 minute long lessons four times each month, on the same day and at the same time every week. Having a dedicated time for guitar lessons greatly increases the success of the learning progress.
Do you offer lessons in person?
The lessons are scheduled to take place online, however, if a student wants to have a lesson in his / her home occasionally, I would be glad to arrange it. I can drive to you around Columbus Ohio, Powell, Lewis Center, Dublin, Worthington, Westerville, Delaware, Gahanna, Hilliard. I also meet with my students in and around Columbus Ohio when we jam together.
Do you teach complete beginners?
Beginners are always welcome at my studio. I teach complete beginners from age 10 and up, and advanced students who have been taking formal lessons or learning on their own for years.
How often should I practice?
If you want to progress quickly in music (and who doesn't?), practice for shorter amount of time, but preferably every day. Even better, if you can, sit down multiple times a day for shorter times. A couple of times a week schedule yourself a longer practice session.
When you contact us for guitar lessons, Z will set up a free intro lesson for you or your child. Z is an active musicians in Columbus Ohio, but teaching is an important part of his life, and he loves sharing his knowledge and experience with students of all ages and playing level.
